1. Open the Pages panel for your site
2. Scroll to the bottom of the panel.
3. You’ll see the version number. For v7.0 sites you'll also see the template name.

  So it's Brine family, Brine template because Brine is a template and within the Brine template on 7.0, there are a number of themes (one of which is called Brine).

It says it's version 7.1. It doesn't tell me a theme then. Why is that? Well, 7.1 only has one template and within that template, there are pretty much an infinite amount of themes, so it's almost no point in telling you which theme you start with because by the time you start changing colors and tweaking fonts and things like that, you move away from that original theme within template but it's all the same template actually. You can make it look like any of the other themes that are available on version 7.1.
